She was predeceased by: her parents, James Elvis Williams and Della Mae Jones Williams; her husband Clyde Neal Baggarly; her grandson Kelly Chinn; her brothers, William Carroll Williams and James Carl Williams; and her grandparents, Ralph, Tina Jones, Thomas Shelby Williams and Willie Boyd Williams Cherry.
She is survived by: her son James Neal Baggarly (Terri) of Beaver Dam; her grandchildren, Bryon Chinn and Jeremey Chinn; her great grandchildren, Jessica, Michael and Aiden Chinn; and her great great grandchildren, Jaxson and Elena. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
