He is survived by: his wife April Carter of Beaver Dam; his children, Garrett Stewart (Cassie) of Lexington, Kalob Stewart (Rachel) of Smith Grove, Automn Rise (Samuel) of Hartford, Sharlotte Andra of Oklahoma City, Donald Carter, Jr. of Oklahoma City and Coty Blackburn of Greenville; his grandchildren, Austin Carter, Emmaline, Joseph Anderson, Freya, Luna Stewart, Braddock "Willy B", Killian "Kit", Callum "Ghost Boy" Rise, Shane, Grace, April, Jeffrey Andra and Tyler Carter; and his siblings, Bud Carter of Mill City, Oregan, Donna Shannon of Carney and Jerold Carter of Hanahan. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
