It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Allen Smith of Beaver Dam, Kentucky, born in Hammond, Indiana, who passed away on October 18, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Smith and Virginia Smith. He is survived by: his children, Shannon Olivia Ross (Joshua) of Beaver Dam and Timothy David Smith of Olaton; his close friend Nancy Garner Smith of Beaver Dam; his brothers, Donald Smith (Barbara) of Valparaiso and Dwayne Smith (Sue) of Cromwell; and his grandchildren, Skyla Grace Ross, Abram Wyatt Ross, Ava Lynn Smith and Athena Marie Ford.
