He was predeceased by: his mother Bonnie Gaynell Autry Bradley; his brothers, David Len Bradley, Jimmy Russell Bradley, Mark Eric Bradley, Dryce Todd Bradley and Daniel Christopher Bradley; his niece Brandy Bradley Smith; and his nephews, Mark B. Bradley and Matt Bradley.
He is survived by: his father Herbert Bradley of Beaver Dam; his wife Crystal Bradley; his daughter Allison Bradley of Owensboro; his siblings, Terry Bradley (Brenda) of Beaver Dam, Scott Bradley of Beaver Dam and Greg Bradley (April); and his pet Pamela Givens (James) of Hartford.
