He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Maiden and Virginia Snodgrass Hayes; and his siblings, Jackie Maiden, Sue Chinn, Kathy Jo Maiden, Ralph Maiden and Patricia Shephard.
He is survived by: his wife Patty Maiden of Beaver Dam; his children, Scott Maiden (Donna) of McHenry, Amanda Dockery (Joey) of Morgantown, Barry Maiden of Beaver Dam, Gary Maiden (Ann) of Cromwell, Shannon Bryant of Hartford, Debbie Maze of Beaver Dam and Sherry Duff of Beaver Dam; his grandchildren, Shaun Maiden (Genieva), Daniel Maiden (Kayla), Matt Bryant (Sabrina), Jake Bryant, Tyler Bryant, Ryan Duff, Lilly Dockery, Hannah Dockery, Ashley Hazelwood, Josh Maze, Melissa Creek and Jessica Maze; and his siblings, Judy Goff, Margaret Belford and Sandy Baize (Orville). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
