He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendell Baxley and Jeanette Baxley; and his stepson Samuel Snell. He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his stepgranddaughter Alexas Snell; and his siblings, Alice St. Clair (Coy) and Chris. He is also survived by four nephews and one niece; and many cousins.
