He is survived by: his wife Cacilda Phelps; his siblings, Martin Wayne Phelps and Mildred Harris; his children, Miguel, David Phelps and Helen Jensen; his grandchildren, Brandon Jensen, Mikayla Phelps, Brittany Jackson, Jameson Phelps, Candice Phelps, Holly Jensen, MacKenzie Ponnet, Logan Phelps, Isaac Jensen and Malachi Jensen; and his great grandchildren, Piper Jensen, Mariah Duvall and Madeline Duvall.
