He is survived by: his parents, Megan Henderson Tate and Sean Tate; his great-grandparents, Harold Dean Henderson and Thomas "Ray" Rigdon; his great-uncle Ned "Bro" Lucas; his great-grandparent Lora Moore; his cousins, Gloria "Lanie" Taylor and Riley Addison Fulton; his sisters, Loralyn Tate and Lainey Tate; his caregivers, Marsha and Robbie Henderson; his great-grandparents, Judy Lee and Helen Henderson; his aunt Karisa Henderson; and his cousins, Bonus and Brantlee.
Memorial donations may be made to Bevil Bros funeral home to help alleviate the financial burden of the young family.
