He is survived by: his wife Paulette Sheffield; his children, Richard Sheffield and Melissa Brown (Joey); his grandchildren, Mitch Brown, Jessica Brown Fleener, Tyler Brown, Nick Sheffield, Josh Sheffield and Andrew Sheffield; and his sisters, Mae Boyd and Judy Kessinger. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
