Betty Jean Abney Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jean Abney of Beaver Dam, Kentucky, who passed away on January 2, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Bishop and Lydia Austin Bishop; her husband Leon Abney; and her children, Michael Abney and Elaine Abney.
She is survived by: her children, Marshall Abney (Tamara) of Richmond and Lisa Anderson (Jerrold) of Hartford; her daughter-in-law LaDonna Abney of Beaver Dam; her grandchildren, Jamie Abney, Keri Abney, John Abney, Ian Abney, Keegan Abney, Andrea Leach, Aaron Gough and Adrienne Anderson; and her siblings, Jack Bishop and Judy Flores (Jose). She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
