She was predeceased by: her parents, James L. Bethel and Anna Margaret Bowers Bethel; her husband Larry Ferguson; and her brothers, James, Jr., Eddie and Bruce Bethel.

She is survived by: her sister Judy Drake (Hershel) of Greenville; her nephew James Higgs (Andrea) of Greenville; and her niece Jamie Bethel of Madisonville.
