He is survived by : his parent Diana Oliver; his grandparents, Donna Oliver and Dean Oliver (Betty Wehmeyer); his siblings, Jeffery Oliver (Emily), Justin Oliver, Krystin Pettit (Andrew) and David Oliver; his aunt Kimberley O'Brien (Nick); and his nieces and nephews, Miley, Paxton Oliver, AJ Pettit, Kyndal Sandefur and Dawson Oliver. He is also survived by family members, friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, June 6th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bevil Bros. Funeral Home (226 Louisville Rd, Beaver Dam, KY 42320). A memorial service was held on Thursday, June 6th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
