He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Maynard and Anna Mary Maynard; his sisters, Elizabeth Slone, Nellie Spaulding, Grace Slone, Inice Moore, Pauline May, Juanita Shipe and Patty Cassady (Doll); his grandson Gregory Jude; and his great grandchildren, Lucas Michael and Baby B. Baisden.
He is survived by: his daughters, Terry Ann Baisden (George), Barbara Ellen Maynard (Larry) and Tina Marie Parsons (Danny) of Tomahawk, KY.; his grandchildren, Michael Moore, George Baisden II, Danny Jude, Jr. and Courtney Tyra-Alise Maynard (Derek); his siblings, Betty McCoy (Tommy) and Eugene Maynard (Nyoka); and his great grandchildren, Tiarra Moore, Jonathan Jude, Hailey Jude, Sundyna Baisden, Lucretia Baisden, Gabriela Jude (Gabby), Christian Maynard, Xavier Baisden and Piper Maynard.
