She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Maynard and Mabel Brewer Maynard; her husband Carl Maynard; her daughter Theresa York-Alexander; and her sisters, Nellie Maynard, Alice Fay Maynard and Martha D. Maynard.
She is survived by: her sons, Donald York (Tonya Young) of Beauty, KY and David York (Teresa) of Columbus, OH; and her siblings, Glen Maynard (Diane) of Beauty, KY, Paul Maynard (Margie) of Webb, WV, Geneva Fleming (Daniel) of Columbus, OH, Audrey Scholer of Dublin, OH, Edith Maynard of Columbus, Margie Copley of Beauty, KY, Solady Deskins of Beauty, KY, Matilda Hinkle (Roger) of Inez, KY and Kay Scott (Ricky) of Marion, OH.. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Burial will follow in the Maynard-Collier Cemetery of Beauty, KY. *In Response to the recent mandates set forth by the Governor and Kentucky Board of Funeral Directors, all attendees must wear a mask and practice social distancing.
