He is survived by: his sons, Andy Fannin (Lou Ann) of Beauty, KY and J. J. Fannin (Sheri) of Columbus, OH; his sister Becky Chaffins; his grandchildren, Keisha Daniel (Bobby), Sarah Louise Fannin and Le Ann Fannin; and his great grandchildren, Gunner Daniel, David Booth and Paisley Daniel.
