He is survived by: his siblings, Billy Joe Hickman (Jeanie) of Columbus, OH and Dreama Jude of Louisa, KY; and his stepbrothers, James Stepp of Lawrence County, KY, Glen Stepp of Lawrence County, KY and Brady Stepp of Lawrence County, KY. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
