She is survived by: her children, Lisa Pelfrey (Sam Hatton) and Gregory McIntosh (Debbie); her siblings, Mary Stamper (Willard), Paul Edwin Samples (Kathy) and Lee Co; her grandchildren, Kelsey McIntosh, Kourtney McIntosh-Spencer (Ryan), Makisha Botner, Michaela Botner and Marshall McIntosh; her great grandchildren, Paisley Cockerham, Hayden Beer, Eli Beer, Carinah Spencer and Damien Spencer; her sister-in-law Kathy Samples; her niece Michelle Turpin; and her close friends, Brenda Evans, Wavelene and Charlie BrewerIn.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home (99 Cedar Grove Rd, Irvine, KY 40336). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Hopewell First Church of God (9688 KY-52, Beattyville, KY 41311).
