He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie McIntosh and Naomi Ruth Brandenburg McIntosh. He is survived by: his brother Wilbert Lee McIntosh of Beattyville; and his nieces and nephews, Wayne, Mickey, Pamela, Ricky, Terry, Tonya and Kevin. He is also survived by 16 great nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
