He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lee and Alice Louise Oligee Jewell. He is survived by: his wife Christine Ross Jewell of Beattyville; his sons, Matt Jewell of Richmond and Cody Jewell (Holly) of Beattyville; his grandchildren, Jacob, Rosalee, Ben and Nick; and his siblings, Tim Jewell (Patricia) of Beattyville, Phyllis Keith of Gratis, Rachael Hunt of Brooklyn Center and Rebecca Wells (Paul) of Gratis, Ohio. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
