He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Joann Bishop Bailey of Beattyville; his mother Arlene Rose Avery Bailey (Phyllis) of Beattyville; his children, William Austin Bailey and Tiffany Bowling (Jesse) of Beattyville; his siblings, Richard "Randy" Bailey (Donna) of Port Huron, Tracy Bailey of Beattyville, Robert "Bobby" Bailey (Freda) of Beattyville, Tammy Moore (Link) of Beattyville, Lorri South of Lexington, Kentucky and Debbie Shuler (Lonnie) of Lexington, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Jayden Voyles and Ava Bowling. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
