He was predeceased by: his parents, George Stamper and Mavis Marshall Stamper; and his son Jeff Stamper. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Watkins Stamper of Beattyville; his children, Ronnie Stamper (Cindy) of Beattyville, Perry Stamper (Debbie) of Beattyville, Sandra Lane of Stanford, David Stamper (Vana) of Beattyville, DeeDee Henson (Bobby) of Waco and Sherry Rogers of Richmond, Kentucky; and his brother Mitchell Stamper of Michigan. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
