She was predeceased by: her husband Bill; her parents, Charlie Briscoe and Hessye Briscoe; and her siblings, Paul Briscoe, Ronnie Briscoe and Ina Mae Brown.
She is survived by: her children, William Michael Lynch (Marsha) and Pamela Todd (Steve) of Beattyville; her grandsons, Zach Todd (Danielle) of Nicholasville and Josh Todd of Lexington; her great grandchildren, Grace Todd, Elliot Todd of Nicholasville and Gage Lynch of Beattyville; her brothers, Fred Briscoe (Brenda) of Morrow and Charlie Briscoe, Jr.; her wife Lynn Briscoe of Williamsburg; her sisters, Adalene Farmer of Cincinnati, Betty Crauder of Dayton, Patty Deible (Dale) of Milford and Phyllis Moberly (James) of Florence; her sisters-in-law, Mable Lynch of Blanchester and Dorris Lynch of Russville; her daughter-in-law Cheryl Lynch of Richmond; and also Donnie Briscoe (Norma) of Glenwood. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
