He is survived by: his wife Janet Barrett McGuire of Beattyville; his son Mike McGuire of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky; his grandson John Lucas McGuire (Courtney) of Lakewood, Colorado; and his sister Nancy McConkey of Tuscola, Illinois. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
