He is survived by: his children, Lelia Irene Colwell of Jackson and Thomas Evan Colwell, Jr. of Owensboro, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, James Curtis Caudill, Jr., Milton Sawyer Caudill, Kenadie Sagan Colwell and Brooklynn Leann Colwell. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
