She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Evans Sr. and Fanny Evans (Angel); her husband Stanley Couch Jr.; and her siblings, Henry, Edward Lee, Joe Jr. John, Charles, William Earl, Wayne, Lillian and Hazel.
She is survived by: her children, Stanley Couch III of Beattyville, KY, Melissa Moore (Jerry) of Beattyville, KY, Melanie Wilson (Mike) of Beattyville, KY and Sandra Jean-Louis (Walnes) of Beattyville, KY; her siblings, James Evans (Cathy) of Booneville, KY, Gary Evans (Sally) of Lexington, KY, Kendall Evans (Cindy) of Beattyville, KY, Tommy Evans (Donna) of Mt. Sterling, Lucy Grimmitt, Ruby Holton (Johnny) and Anna Rowland of Beattyville, KY; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Jessica, Warren, Justin, Aaron, Laura, Sara, Danielle, Cody, Katelynn, Shawn and Taylor; and her great grandchildren, Bentley, Kayden, Cooper, Beckham, Allie, Aubrey, Amelia, Cyrus, Phoenix, Leora, Colton, Brayden, Ethan and Melissa. She is also survived by other loving family members, and friends.
