She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl McIntosh and Mary Spicer McIntosh; and her brother Scotty McIntosh. She is survived by: her husband James Hollon of Beattyville, KY.; her daughter Lisa Ogans (Russell) of Beattyville, KY.; her grandchildren, Jessica, Daryl, Linda, Sara, Rebecca and Jeffery; her great grandchildren, Elijah, Elizabeth and Dakota; and her siblings, David McIntosh (Darlene) of Jackson, KY., Patty Caudill (George) of Jackson, KY. and Kim McIntosh of Jackson, KY.. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
