With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stephen Stamper of Beattyville, Kentucky, born in Lexington, Kentucky, who passed away on September 7, 2024 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Stamper and Mary Agnes Kennedy Stamper; and his grandfather Elijah Stamper. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Stamper of Beattyville; and his son Matthew Stamper of Beattyville.
