She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Terry and Rosie Terry (Eldridge); her husband James Tackett; her sons, James Timothy Tackett, Wallace Tackett and Tracy Tackett; and her siblings, Robert, Johnny, Luther, Clarence Terry and Louise Turner.
She is survived by: her siblings, Jimmy Terry of Newport, Delbert Terry of Alexandria, KY and Phyllis Phleuger of Bellevue, KY. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and many other loving family members, and friends.
