She was predeceased by: her husband Vernon Barrett; her parents, Shelby Goe and Georgia Toler Goe; her daughter Jolene Goe; and her great grandchild Alison Rose Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, Gina Marie Turner (Frank) of Jackson and Vernon Brack Goe of Beattyville, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Brittney Paige Goe, Travis Paul Arnold, Brack Tyler Newman, Kendra Brooke Neace, Haley Marie Warner and Katherine Paige Stout; and her great grandchildren, Chloey Jolene Tyler Newman, Abigail Grace Thomas, Braxton Jacob Napier and Brenton Joe Napier. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
