He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Blount and Judith Gail Gibson Blount. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Lee McCoy Blount; and his children, Dylan Patrick Watts, John Marshall Watts and Madelyn Kloma Mae Watts. He is also survived by cousins, family & friends.
