She is survived by: her husband Joe Childers of Beattyville, KY; her sons, Thomas Shelton (Jennifer) of Beattyville, KY, Shane Shelton (Samantha) of Booneville, KY and Jason Shelton (Sarah) of Beattyville, KY; and her siblings, Burnis Fox, Sharon Johnson, Sue Koby and Henrietta Miller. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.
