She was predeceased by: her father Otis Brandenburg; her husband Dudley Charles; and her sisters, Barbara Brandenburg Hobbs and Maddelene Brandenburg. She is survived by: her mother Thelma Osborne Brandenburg; her children, Jeremy Scott Charles (Karla) of Beattyville, KY and Heather Nicole Howard (Tommy) of Beattyville, KY; her grandchildren, Brailyn Howard, Natalee Howard, Aubree Howard and Reid Charles; and her sisters, Gail Rogers of Winchester, KY and Debbie Sowers (Doug) of Richmond, KY. She is also survived by other loving family members, and friends.
