With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Madge Cockerham of Beattyville, Kentucky, born in Saint Helens, Kentucky, who passed away on November 10, 2020 at the age of 92. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Madge Cockerham to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel C. Cockerham; her parents, Edmond H. Oliver and Edna Whisman Oliver; her daughter Karen Sue Combs; and her siblings, Herman, Walker, John Paul Oliver, Anna Laura Brandenburg, Beulah Wilson, Ruth Oliver Smyth and Verda Marie Rigdon.
She is survived by: her children, Samuel T. Cockerham (Edna) of Beattyville and Deborah Anne Gevedon (Hank) of Mt. Vernon, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Savannah Thompson (Josh) of Lavalette and Samuel Graham Cockerham of Villa Hills, Kentucky; and her sister Gladys Oliver of Beattyville. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and beloved friends.
