She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony Osborne. She is survived by: her parents, Isaac Wendell and Sandra Dunbar Ellison of Cold Springs; her daughter Tasha Nicole Ellison; her grandchildren, Anthony Ray of Beattyville, Kentucky and Willow Noelle Ellison of Beattyville, Kentucky; and her brother Wendell Ellison.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Newnam Funeral Home Chapel (108 Center St, Beattyville, KY 41311).
