He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilburn Williams and Dorothy Creech Williams. He is survived by: his wife Debra Ann Hounshell Williams of Beattyville, Kentucky; his children, Daniel Lee Williams (Jessica) of Campton and Cecilia Ann Combs Jr. (Geff) of Beattyville, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Kyle Torp, Madison Duvall, Joseph Williams, Gabriel Williams, Timothy Jones, India Williams, Hadley Williams, David Lawson and Dylan Lawson; his great grandchild Winter Williams; and his siblings, Kathy Adderholt, Tiena Williams, Anthony Williams, Mark Williams and Bobby Lee Williams. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
