He is survived by: his wife Mary Campbell (Peters); his daughters, Sonya Fox (Tommy) of Beattyville, KY and Kendra Ratliff (David) of Beattyville, KY; his siblings, Thomas Campbell (Joyce) of Booneville, KY, Stevie Campbell of Booneville, KY, Phyllis Jane Herald of Booneville, KY and Annabelle Turner of Lexington, KY; his grandchildren, Chancey Fox, Elijah Ratliff and Aiden Ratliff; and his great grandchildren, Baylee Fox and Gavin Fox. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
