He is survived by: his children, Sabrina Faye McIntosh Olinger (Doug) of Beattyville, Kentucky, Tommy Ray McIntosh (Francesca) of Beattyville, Kentucky and Denim Marie Condy (Roger) of Beattyville, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Matt of Beattyville, Justin Olinger of Beattyville, Chris Phillips of Beattyville, Trystan and Kaya Vandergraff of Indianapolis, Indiana; his siblings, Virginia Holliway of Loveland, Ohio and Roy McIntosh of Booneville, Kentucky; and his close friends, Glenna of Beattyville, Mike of Beattyville and Freddie McIntosh of Beattyville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends.
