He is survived by: his sisters, Eva Durbin (Freddie) of Beattyville, Kentucky and JoAnn Reed (Ricky) of Beattyville, Kentucky; his nieces, Emily Fern Reed, Tiffany Couch (Robert), Christina Fox and Jadyn Couch; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jacob, Michaela, Jack, Curtis, Cadyn and Jayce Fox; his cousin Tammy Carter; and his close friend Mary Best of Beattyville. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
