She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard Burkhart and Lou Alice Puckett Burkhart; and her granddaughter Emily. She is survived by: her children, Shirri Smith of Beattyville, Ray Nichols (Brenda) and Patrick Rogers; and her grandchildren, McKenzie, Kylie, Jolene, Shannon, Jimmy Wayne (Jayna) and Brandon. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives and friends.
