He is survived by: his parents, Jimmy Brown of Beattyville and Eva Carol Best Arvin (Hebert) of Beattyville; his children, Kayla Young (Joe) of Louisa, Carley Stover (Ty Barker) of Hurricane, Jeffery Brown, II of Louisa, Seldon Brown of Beattyville and Kimber Hammonds of Louisa; and his sisters, Joanna Cornett of Beattyville, Heather Brown of Beattyville and Brandi Brown of Danville, Kentucky. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
