He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Moore and Hazel Charles Moore; and his sisters, Barbara Frye, Virginia Smallwood, Mildred Moore and Juanita McGuire.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Shelton Moore of Beattyville; his children, Becky Moore of Beattyville, Beverly Arnold of Beattyville, James Charles "Bo" Moore (Natosha) of Richmond and Dustin Moore of Beattyville; his grandchildren, Carmen, Deven, Olivia, Dylan, Anna Grace and Cameron; and his siblings, Madge Moore and Paul Moore of Beattyville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
