He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Hogan and Ida Golden Shoupe Hogan; and his siblings, Paul, Gene, Richard, Herman Hogan, Dolly McIntosh, Gertrude Napier, Cleta Moore, Allene Fraley and Lucille Fox.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Epperson Hogan; his children, Stephanie Shuler (Steve) of Beattyville, Keith Hogan (Michelle) of Beattyville, Kevin Hogan of Hazard, Trina Perez McIntosh (Terry) of Beattyville and Christy Fox (Chancey) of Beattyville; his brother Roger Hogan of Beattyville; and his close friends, Jim M. Sipple and Scott Jackson. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.
