He was predeceased by: his parents, Billie Isaacs and Forest Isaacs (Stamper); and his son Scotty Isaacs. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Isaacs (Miller); his sisters, Sue Bruns (Rob) and Deborah Isaacs; and his brother-in-law Mike Miller (Maureen). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to the American Diabetes Association in Bud's memory.
