He is survived by: his wife Alice Fay Goforth Gabbard; his sister Sue Kincaid of Cincinnati, OH; his children, Jeff Gabbard (Sue) of Beattyville, Allison Gabbard Vanlandingham of Zoe and Jennifer Gabbard of Beattyville; his grandsons, Jeffery Gabbard of Lexington, KY, Kris Gabbard of New Hampshire, Jesse Tipton (Mandy) of Richmond, KY and Luke Tipton (Kayla) of Stanton, KY.; and his great grandchildren, Madilyn Gabbard of Maine, Artimus Gabbard of New Hampshire and Rosalee Tipton of Stanton.
