He is survived by: his wife Sara Sue Brewer Palmer of Beattyville; his daughters, Sherri Marshall (Mark) of Beattyville, Kentucky and Shannon Estes (Rick) of Beattyville, Kentucky; his grandchildren, DeAnna Starr Marshall (Kevin) of Winchester, Justin David Marshall (Kali) of Mt. Sterling, Sherida Hope Marshall (Kippy) of Georgetown and Zachary Tyler Estes (Terri) of Winchester, Kentucky; his great grandchild Joseph Walter Caro; and his sisters, Cheryl Botner-Ehalt of Beattyville and Twyla Hollon of Ohio.
