He is survived by: his wife Florence Bush (Murphy) of Beattyville, KY; his daughters, Elizabeth Browning (Rob) of Newburgh, IN, Leah Konarzewski (Tony) of Romeo, MI, Julie Henderson (Nick) of Murfreesboro, TN and Kimberly Barnett (Dustin) of Beattyville, KY; his sisters, Katherine Gabbard of Middletown, OH, Mildred Crouch of Middletown, OH and Bonnie Bailey of Middletown, OH; and his grandchildren, Andrew, Alexandra, Anthony, Luke, Cole, Noah and Mattie.
