With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Ruth Roberts of Beattyville, Kentucky, who passed away on September 9, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Richard L. Roberts Sr. (Dick); her parents, Olney James Noe and Eva Begley Noe Williams; and her siblings, Edna Grace Noe Crabtree, Charlie Noe and Helen Noe Bradford.
She is survived by: her children, Richard L. Roberts Jr. (Amy Roberts) and Cynthia A. Roberts Toering (David Toering); her grandchildren, Hailey Roberts, Alexandra Roberts, Cameron Toering, Christine Toering and Hannah Toering of Tucson, AZ; and her siblings, Herbert Noe of Beattyville, KY, Charlotte Chadwell of London, KY and Lois Hollon of Beattyville, KY. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
