He is survived by: his children, Kenny Wayne Howard and Candace Looper; his nieces and nephews, Tisha Capps, April Miller, Luvmi Capps, Demmy, Billy Hensley and Remington Capps; his sisters, Mary and Lisa Capps; and his grandchildren, Urban Capps and Isabella Henson. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
