He is survived by: his wife Michelle Lacy Franklin of Beattyville; his children, Eric Franklin (Tori) of Huntertown and Ellen Vance (Dan) of Ft. Wayne, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Xavier, Isaac, Ayden, Dew, Asher, Lincoln and Hunter. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
