She was predeceased by: her husband Clyde Combs; and her parents, James Cornett and Lilley Deaton Cornett. She is survived by: her children, Eddie Ray Combs (Karen) of Lexington, Brenda Jewell of Beattyville, Donna Combs of Beattyville, Sheila Cornett of Beattyville, Charlene Dunaway of Beattyville and Cheryl Lynch of Winchester, Kentucky; and her sister Mary Ella Routt of Cincinnati, Ohio. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren.
